Job Description

The key responsibilities are -
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Solar Modules and BESS businesses.
- Drive revenue growth through utility, C&I;, EPC, and channel sales.
- Build and manage relationships with key customers, developers, EPCs, and distributors.
- Lead market expansion initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage large-scale project sales and commercial negotiations.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Drive customer acquisition while expanding existing key accounts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.




- Forecast sales performance and deliver business targets.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 12-18+ years of sales leadership experience within the renewable energy, power, or electrical industry.
- Proven track record in Solar Module sales and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business development.
- Strong understanding of utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I;), and EPC-driven sales models.
- Demonstrated success in handling large-value project sales and contract negotiations.
- Established network with solar developers, EPC contractors, utilities, DISCOMs, and key industry stakeholders.
- Experience in launching and scaling new product lines within solar or energy storage markets.
- Strong commercial acumen, forecasting, and P&L; orientation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabil
