Position Summary

Deloitte’s Brand, Marketing & Communications organization is seeking a copy-led creative leader to help shape high-impact marketing for Deloitte’s United States businesses. The Firm Enterprise Solutions Senior Manager - Copy will co-lead India-based creative professionals—including writers, art directors, designers, and video and motion editors—while collaborating with colleagues and business leaders across the United States, India, and Costa Rica. This role combines hands-on creative direction, operational leadership, and business acumen to translate strategic marketing objectives into multichannel campaigns. The successful candidate will guide work from concept through delivery, strengthen team capability through coaching and recruiting, and help expand the creative team’s impact across the organization. Reporting to the USI BM&C; Leader and US Executive Creative Director, this leader will help deliver high-quality creative work and build a scalable, talent-focused creative organization.

As a Firm Enterprise Solutions Senior Manager - Copy on the Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for:
• Serve as a hands-on creative leader by generating original ideas and guiding teams to develop brand-building campaigns across channels. Apply art, strategy, and technology to advance Deloitte’s visual, verbal, and aesthetic standards while exploring current creative directions.
• Translate marketing objectives and Deloitte business priorities into strategically sound campaign concepts. Establish campaign vision and lead copywriters, art directors, designers, planners, and account service professionals from concept through completion.
• Oversee dozens of concurrent projects and deliverables, maintaining accuracy, quality, and impact while managing workflows, budgets, resources, deadlines, trade-offs, and competing priorities.
