Your Role at Baxter:

As a Principal Engineer for software, you will be an integral part of the SW development team at Bangalore R&D; that will play a vital role in strategic NPD activities and in sustaining and continuing software activities for legacy products including investigations for customer complaints,



project work to address software issues within the products, and product enhancements to meet changes in the competitive marketplace. You will work with cross functional resources located in the US.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based web applications and software solutions that support new product development, product enhancements, and field issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Engineering teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Apply contemporary architecture patterns, design principles, and software engineering best practices to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable applications.
• Lead subsystem-level design and development activities, driving technical execution with minimal oversight while ensuring alignment with overall product architecture.
