At Regeneron, we are seeking a Manager, Consumer Media & Advanced Analytics to join our Commercial Insights & Analytics organization in Hyderabad. As a founding member of Regeneron’s first Global Capability Center (GCC), this role will help establish the operating norms, analytics workflows, and measurement frameworks that will support consumer media, advanced analytics, and brand analytics capabilities for U.S. Immunology brands. The role will lead a team responsible for media measurement, attribution validation, advanced analytics, marketing mix modeling, and brand analytics,



while partnering closely with U.S.-based stakeholders to drive data-driven commercial decision-making.

• Lead delivery across key workstreams including U.S. consumer media measurement and QA, marketing mix modeling (MMM), advanced analytics support, and brand analytics.
• Manage and develop a team by providing day-to-day direction, reviewing outputs for quality and accuracy, and supporting employee growth in a matrixed environment.
• Build scalable team capabilities through standardized methodologies, documentation, training, and operational standards.
• Establish operating norms, analytics documentation standards, and measurement workflows for the Consumer Media & Advanced Analytics function within the Hyderabad GCC.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based Commercial Insights & Analytics leaders to drive innovation, standards, and cross-functional alignment.
