About the Role

We are looking for a strategic SEO and Paid Search Manager to join our marketing team. This role owns organic growth across traditional and AI-driven search, and runs Google Ads campaigns that drive qualified traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies that grow visibility across Google Search, Microsoft Bing, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Conduct backlink outreach campaigns and get high DA backlinks for virima.com

• Monitor toxic backlinks and disavow them on a regular basis.

• Conduct keyword, topic cluster, search intent, and entity research to find high-impact content opportunities.

• Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and structured data (Schema.org) to improve rankings and user experience.

• Lead technical SEO work: site audits, crawl and indexing optimization, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, XML sitemaps, and canonicalization.

• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display,



Shopping, and Performance Max, including keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding, and budget allocation.

• Run A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CTR (Click Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

• Collaborate with the Content team on EEAT-driven content that builds topical authority.

• Monitor SEO and paid performance using GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.

• Report on organic rankings, AI citations, paid campaign metrics, and conversion data, with transparent recommendations for the next cycle.

• Track Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and Google Ads platform changes as they roll out.
