Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Australia Recruitment Team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, and international hiring.

Both freshers looking to begin their careers and experienced professionals with recruitment or sales experience are welcome to apply.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen CVs and assess candidates based on job requirements.

• Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest and suitability.

• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal teams.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.





• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring updates.

• Work closely with the team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Understand international job mandates and communicate role requirements clearly to candidates.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and recruitment partners.

• For relevant roles, explain project details, opportunities, and associated processes clearly and professionally.

Requirements

• Robust verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.

• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or international hiring.

• Good coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
