WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Transform workforce data into clear insights that help Human Capital leaders make decisions across hiring, retention, mobility, and organizational planning

• Own contingent workers recurring dashboards and reports that track headcount, attrition, recruiting activity, diversity, and other key people metrics

• Develop automated reporting workflows that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and create more scalable Human Capital processes





• Maintain data quality for contingent workers by identifying issues, performing reconciliations, and supporting timely corrections with relevant teams

• Translate recruiting and contingent workforce lifecycle data into explicit insights that improve operational decisions, workforce planning, and leadership visibility

• Maintain accurate contingent workers records across Human Capital systems, including lifecycle milestones, assignment details, compensation information, and spend data

WHAT'S REQUIRED

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and process automation within Human Capital or a people-focused business function

• Experience maintaining data, supporting recruiting workflows, and producing operational reporting

• Advanced recruiting reporting and analytics skills using Excel, SQL queries, and visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
