We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to optimize service management processes and improve telecom service delivery through the ServiceNow ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex operational needs into practical requirements and scalable solutions. You will contribute to the evolution of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Service Order Management and Tracking (SOMT) capabilities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Working in an Agile environment, you will guide requirements gathering, facilitate collaboration, and oversee user acceptance testing to support high-quality implementations. Lead business analysis and requirements definition for ServiceNow SPM and SOMT functionalities, ensuring solutions address complex business and operational needs.

Gather, document, and validate stakeholder requirements, translating them into clear business requirements and actionable technical specifications.

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews, to maintain alignment between business priorities and development activities.
