• Define and execute the global strategy for the US Tax business unit in alignment with the company's objectives and growth plans.

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Business Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, Content, and Marketing teams to support business development, resource planning, client acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth.

• Review US corporate and individual tax returns and related forms, guide the team, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• Establish and maintain standardized processes, methodologies, and quality control frameworks across delivery centres.

• Ensure US tax services comply with applicable regulatory requirements and meet client expectations.

• Optimize resource allocation, team utilization, productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability.

• Manage client engagements, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and timely delivery.

• Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure their timely resolution and high client satisfaction.





• Manage client relationships through regular feedback calls, client visits, onboarding support, and identification of cross-selling opportunities.

• Own the P&L; of the US Tax business unit, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and profitability.

• Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, blogs, and white papers to showcase the business unit's capabilities and industry expertise.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing US Tax team while implementing effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.

• Establish team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide management reports and MIS to senior leadership.

• Develop training materials and conduct sessions on US tax updates, regulatory changes, and tax-related developments.

• Track and submit monthly team productivity and CPE hours to HR.
