We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior QA Tester to lead testing strategy, planning, and execution across complex projects within our agile delivery teams. What You Will Do

• Lead risk-based test strategy, planning, and execution for current and existing systems,



prioritizing coverage based on business impact, complexity, and delivery risk.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements, remove impediments, and maintain traceability across requirements, test cases, defects, and test evidence.

• Design, implement, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests for APIs, web applications, and backend systems, coordinating the test data, environments, and dependencies required for effective execution.

• Coordinate UAT planning, including readiness assessments, test-scenario preparation, business-tester support, issue triage, progress reporting, and sign-off documentation.

• Own defect management, including clear documentation, triage, root-cause analysis, fix verification, retesting, and closure.
