About this Position
As a Territory Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth across the Karnataka region within the automotive aftermarket segment. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, mechanics, customers, and internal teams to generate demand, identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and provide technical support. This role is ideal for someone with strong field sales, territory management, distribution management, and techno-commercial skills
What you´ll do
• Geographical Coverage – Karnataka.

• Drive demand generation and sales activities across the assigned territory.
• Coordinate sales efforts with ESF and channel team members and provide regular sales and status updates to management.
• Identify new sales, market, and business opportunities with customers.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships through proactive engagement.
• Identify and prioritize market and account opportunities to support sales and growth objectives.




• Develop commercialization plans for prioritized accounts to drive business growth.
• Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, mechanics, customers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region.
• Assess customer technical complaints and support effective problem resolution.
• Share insights from customer evaluations and discussions with quality teams to help resolve quality-related issues.

What makes you a good fit
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive retail industry in Field Sales position
• Handling sales of adhesives, tapes, spare parts is a must.

• Territory management and distribution management skills.

• Relationship with Customers & Key opinion Leader’s (KOL) of the region.
• Techno-commercial and Negotiation Skills.
• Good Comunication skills
