Job Description

Job SummaryResponsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations,



and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices accurately and within agreed turnaround times.Perform invoice validation, coding, and posting in ERP systems.Manage vendor master data creation and maintenance.Prepare and execute payment runs including wire transfers, ACH, checks, and direct debits.Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.Reconcile vendor statements and AP aging reports.Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.Coordinate with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and General Ledger teams for issue resolution.Support month-end and year-end close activities.Monitor AP inboxes and respond to vendor and business stakeholder queries.Track KPIs, SLAs, and maintain process documentation.Identify opportunities for
