The Prospect:

The Software Engineering Director provides strategic and technical leadership for multiple engineering teams, owning delivery quality and reliability across the full SDLC while aligning solutions to enterprise standards and revenue‑cycle objectives; this role defines engineering governance (secure SDLC, change management, testing, and release controls), enforces operational excellence practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability), and drives architectural consistency in partnership with Product, Implementation, and Security to ship scalable, compliant platforms; key responsibilities include building and mentoring high‑performing managers and senior engineers, setting portfolio roadmaps and KPI targets, instituting disciplined incident response and root‑cause analysis, reducing technical debt, and eleva
