* Job Summary
As a Senior Ad Sales Lead at JioHotstar, you will drive strategic partnerships with some of the country’s largest advertisers and leading media agencies across a designated industry vertical. The role involves owning and accelerating revenue growth for key accounts by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer trends, digital video and programmatic ecosystems.
You will work closely with senior marketing stakeholders and agency planners to craft long-term, high-impact partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes for clients while maximizing the value of JioHotstar’s Entertainment offering. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong understanding of advertiser's business, commercial acumen, and the ability to shape integrated & innovative solutions across digital video, Commerce, branded content, and emerging ad innovations.

* Key Responsibilities
● Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact accounts with transparent revenue and growth accountability
● Act as a trusted advisor to senior client and agency stakeholders,



shaping long-term advertising strategies
● Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic upsell conversations
● Identify emerging opportunities across formats, platforms, and performance solutions within the digital ecosystem
● Partner with internal leadership, product, analytics, and execution teams to deliver high-quality, insight-led solutions
● Maintain strong pipeline visibility, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
● Represent client needs internally and influence roadmap, solutions, and prioritisation
