JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Administrative Manager will provide high level administrative support, requiring detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Position exercises independent discretion in the management and execution of various projects and information requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides clerical and administrative support to manager’s staff.
• Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.




• Coordinates all necessary arrangements for customer visits.
• Coach and guide the administration staffs in daily operation such as reception management.
• Responsible for partial administration services that are implemented in an productive and effective way. Admin services include canteen, clinic, dormitory & transportation.
• Lead the canteen committee to improve the canteen service and quality.
• Responsible for the management of the canteen vendor and for any canteen issues.
• Responsible for transport management, including company vehicles and shuttle buses
• Supports department in hiring, training and supervising Administrative Assistants in daily function.
• Coordinates manager’s calendar, meetings, correspondence and presentations as needed.
• Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations when required and assists with travel issues
