Job Purpose: (Why does the job exist?)
Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion Product Development, Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing modules. Support plan-to-produce processes, resolve standard user and transaction issues, perform functional testing, monitor integrations, and coordinate escalations to ensure reliable manufacturing and planning system operations.

Person Specifications: (Minimum attributes for the job holder to be effective in this job)
Basic Academic QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred QualificationMBA or postgraduate qualification in Operations or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.

Technical CertificationsOracle SCM Cloud Certification, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Planning.

ExperienceMinimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM, manufacturing/planning systems, ERP functional support, or enterprise applications.

Specific Industry ExperienceExperience in an industrial or manufacturing setting with exposure to supply chain, product data management,



discrete manufacturing, production planning, production scheduling, and production support. Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud in a complex enterprise environment is preferred.

Computer SkillsStrong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Product Development, Basic SQL, MS Office, Data mapping and standard reporting tools

Language ProficiencyVery good proficiency in Business English, including the ability to interpret technical requirements, prepare solution designs and system documentation, and communicate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders.
