We are seeking a Manager, Market Access Insights & Analytics Lead to join Regeneron's Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. This role will lead the Market Access Insights & Analytics function, coordinating a team of franchise-aligned analysts and serving as the primary point of coordination between the GCC and US-based Market Access and Field Reimbursement (FRM) stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in driving patient access analytics, reimbursement insights, reporting excellence, and operational scalability while helping establish foundational processes and ways of working for Regeneron's growing GCC.

• Lead the Market Access Insights & Analytics function within the GCC and supervise a team of franchise analysts supporting Oncology, Ophthalmology, Cardiovascular/Rare Disease, Neuroscience, and Enterprise business areas.
• Drive workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and business continuity activities for the team.
• Manage workload allocation, quality standards, and delivery timelines across analytical workstreams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for analytical requests and stakeholder concerns
• Lead knowledge-transfer activities and support the transition of outsourced analytics processes into the GCC setting.
• Contribute to the development of GCC operating models, governance practices, workflows, and standards.
