We are looking for a highly networked and commercially driven Luxury Client Acquisition & Brand Partnerships Manager to strengthen client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth within the luxury retail segment. The role focuses on developing influential networks, representing the brand at exclusive events, engaging high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNIs and UHNIs), and expanding the customer base across key markets.
The ideal candidate will bring strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of luxury clientele, and the ability to translate premium brand experiences into measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and scale networks of personal shoppers, guest listers, wedding planners, and other relevant luxury customer referral partners.
• Establish explicit engagement plans,



payout structures, and performance expectations to grow partner networks within approved budgets.
• Build relationships with HNIs and UHNIs to generate new customer opportunities and strengthen long-term brand engagement.
• Represent the brand at exclusive customer events, private showcases, trunk shows, and other premium experiences.
• Plan and execute quarterly external events in collaboration with Marketing and Brand Experience teams to attract and engage new clients.
• Work closely with Boutique Heads to develop local partnerships and alliances aligned with agreed business objectives and ROI targets.
• Drive digital customer acquisition initiatives in boutiques in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Implement cross-channel acquisition strategies to expand customer reach and encourage engagement across relevant touchpoints.
