Title: Director & Head — ServiceNow / ESM Tools Practice
Location : Pune, India (global travel as needed)

• Own the practice numbers: revenue, margins and budget.

• Work with sales on big deals, from solutions and estimates to pricing and client demos.

• Manage our ServiceNow partnership and grow the number of certified people.

• Oversee ServiceNow, ITOM and observability projects, and step in when things go off track.

• Hire, grow and keep a solid team, and build the next layer of leaders.

• Bring AI (Now Assist, GenAI, agentic AI) into our offerings and how we deliver.

• Build reusable assets and accelerators that help us win and deliver faster.

• 20+ years in IT, with 10+ years in ServiceNow, ITSM or ESM.

• 5+ years running a practice, CoE or large delivery unit with P&L; responsibility.

• Handled a P&L; of USD15M + and 20 + Clients

• Has led teams of 150+ people across countries.

• Has helped win multi-million-dollar deals.

• Solid ServiceNow knowledge: ITSM and ITOM, plus modules like HRSD, CSM or GRC.

• Has worked with clients in Europe, the US,



the Middle East or APAC.

• Engineering or computer science degree.
