Accountabilities

Respond to customer inquiries accurately, professionally,



and within appropriate response times.

Triage incoming support requests, prioritize issues, and de-escalate concerns while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Troubleshoot platform-related issues involving video streaming, audiovisual software and hardware, network connectivity, and security configurations.

Investigate complex technical problems, reproduce issues, document findings, and prepare clear information for escalation.

Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues and keep relevant stakeholders informed.

Create and maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and resources for both internal teams and customers.

Identify opportunities to improve support workflows, best practices, and overall service quality.
