You will oversee the full reporting lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Your work will support revenue cycle management, clinical workflows, operational performance, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborating with clinical stakeholders, IT specialists, Epic application teams, and data warehouse professionals, you will translate complex business needs into reliable reporting solutions. Accountabilities:
As an Epic BI Report Developer, you will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting solutions while ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with clinical and operational requirements.

• Reporting Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize Epic reporting and business intelligence solutions across revenue cycle, clinical, and operational functions.

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver effective reporting solutions.

• Epic Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic reporting capabilities, tools, workflows, and data, providing technical guidance to analysts, end users, and leadership.
