Dermatouch is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Team Leader to strengthen our people function as we grow. You will lead hiring for key business and leadership roles and manage the employee lifecycle. You will also guide a team of HR professionals and work with leadership so that our talent strategy supports business objectives. The role needs a positive balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence and a people-first approach.

Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end hiring for critical business and leadership roles across D2C, E-commerce, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounts and other corporate functions.

• Work with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define roles and plan hiring.

• Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and direct headhunting to keep a strong pipeline.

• Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer and joining.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from talent sourcing and recruitment to onboarding.

• Keep joining formalities,



documentation and employee records accurate and on time.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead, guide and mentor the HR team by setting clear priorities, targets and quality standards.

• Support new team members so they adapt quickly and become productive.

• Build a team culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous learning.

HR Operations & Technology

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Zoho Recruit processes to streamline recruitment, onboarding and employee management workflows.

• Create scalable HR processes, SOPs and trackers that support a growing organization.

• Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratio.

Statutory Compliance

• Oversee statutory compliance activities, including ESIC and PF processes, contributions and documentation.

• Keep HR practices compliant with applicable labour laws and audit requirements.
