Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable & Finance Operations

As part of the GDS Finance team, this role will provide operational support across Accounts Receivable, billing and selected finance activities. The position will focus on reconciliations against statutory information, engagement setup and maintenance, monthly closing schedules, CS/ES billing, billing disputes, domestic billing and revenue-accrual support. The role will also contribute to targeted FP&A; and AR improvement initiatives.

reliable reconciliations and effective resolution of operational billing matters in a global finance environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Reconciliations against statutory information: Prepare and maintain reconciliations between AR, billing and statutory accounting information. Investigate differences, document explanations and coordinate the timely resolution of reconciling items with the relevant finance teams.

• Engagement creation and maintenance: Coordinate the creation, update and maintenance of engagements and related financial attributes. Validate supporting information, approvals and master-data accuracy, and follow up on incomplete or incorrect setup impacting billing or accounting.

• Monthly closing schedules: Prepare, coordinate and monitor monthly closing schedules for AR and billing activities. Track deadlines, dependencies, completion status and open items, and escalate risks
