Job Title: Loan Sales Executive – Property Loans

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Identify potential customers and explain property loan products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and referral partners.
- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Follow up on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in both Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) is mandatory.
- Candidates must have 2.5–4 years of experience with their current company.
- Educational qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree / 3-Year Diploma, with a minimum of 15 years of education.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Only candidates with experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property will be considered.
