We are seeking a Lead Consultant for UKG Pro WFM to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workforce management solutions and will lead the implementation of UKG Pro WFM for our clients, ensuring they achieve optimal workforce efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage UKG Pro WFM implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on UKG Pro WFM functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce management processes.




- Stay updated with UKG Pro WFM product updates and industry trends to advise clients effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

- 4-10 years of experience in workforce management consulting or related field.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM software and its functionalities.
- Robust project management skills with experience in leading implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for workforce optimization.
- Familiarity with HR processes and workforce analytics.
