Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Management. The ideal candidate should have experience in configuring loyalty programs, managing member rewards, implementing promotions, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage Salesforce Loyalty Management programs, including loyalty members, tiers, currencies, and benefits.
- Implement loyalty points accrual and redemption processes based on business requirements.
- Configure loyalty promotions, vouchers, rewards, and tier-based benefits.
- Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Integrate Loyalty Management with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Work with transaction journals, member records, and loyalty program processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and support production deployments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver loyalty solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging,



code reviews, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud.
- Robust knowledge of loyalty programs, member management, points accrual and redemption, promotions, vouchers, and tier management.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce objects, security, governor limits, and deployment processes.
- Experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, and production support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or customer loyalty portals.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Experience integrating loyalty solutions with e-commerce platforms or POS systems.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or relevant Salesforce certifications.

Note

Candidates should have hands-on Salesforce Loyalty Management implementation or development experience. General Salesforce development experience without Loyalty Management exposure may not be sufficient for this requirement.
