Job Summary
Probiz Finance is looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination and HR documentation. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA and have at least one year of relevant HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, calling and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Post job openings on platforms such as Apna, Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records and HR files.
- Assist with payroll inputs and monthly attendance reports.
- Coordinate employee communication, engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare regular HR reports and recruitment MIS.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
