Job Title: Optical Sales & Testing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Optical Sales & Testing Executive to conduct basic vision screening, assist customers with frame and lens selection, and drive optical sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in eye testing, customer counselling, and optical product sales, along with the ability to work in field camps and travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

Vision Screening & Testing

- Conduct basic eye screening and vision testing for customers.
- Assist in preliminary eye examinations and record test results accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and optometrists during screening camps and activities.
- Maintain customer records, prescriptions, and test reports.

Optical Sales & Customer Counselling

- Guide customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and optical products.
- Explain lens options, coatings, and product benefits to customers.
- Provide professional recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Generate optical sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.




- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and feedback.

Store & Operations Management

- Ensure proper display, handling, and maintenance of optical products.
- Support daily operational activities and inventory coordination.
- Assist in setup, execution, and reporting of eye screening camps.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Field Activities

- Travel to various locations for vision camps and promotional activities.
- Support field operations and customer engagement initiatives.
- Represent the organization professionally during external activities.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Optometry or relevant healthcare qualification preferred.
- Experience in optical sales, vision screening, or eye testing.
- Good knowledge of frames, lenses, coatings, and optical products.
- Solid communication and customer counselling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for field activities and camps.
