Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA for Freshers; experienced candidates will be offered a hike based on their current CTC, skills, and interview performance.

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging video content for multiple industries, including education, healthcare, real estate, and more. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, creativity, and an understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, video advertisements, founder videos, and brand films.
- Create engaging videos with solid hooks and effective storytelling.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects.
- Perform colour correction and audio enhancement.
- Collaborate with creative and social media teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Adapt videos to different social media platforms and formats.
- Create reusable editing templates and workflows.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of CapCut for short-form video editing.
- Understanding of storytelling,



pacing, and audience retention.
- Skills in captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Good understanding of music selection and sound design.
- A showreel or portfolio demonstrating video editing skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Basic shooting and lighting knowledge.
- Familiarity with AI video editing tools such as Runway or CapCut AI.
- Knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is an advantage.
- Understanding of colour grading and advanced motion graphics.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers with strong editing knowledge and a good portfolio can apply.
- Experienced candidates with relevant video editing skills are welcome.
- Candidates will be evaluated based on practical knowledge, creativity, and portfolio rather than years of experience alone.

Salary & Compensation

- Freshers: Budget up to ₹8 LPA, based on skills and assessment.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary hike based on current CTC, relevant experience, skill set, and interview performance.
