Production Management

Oversee the production process to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet demand and maximize productivity. Monitor production activities and adjust schedules as needed to maintain workflow.

Team Leadership

Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve production goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development. Foster a positive work workplace that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Quality Control

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to detect and correct defects. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to address issues promptly.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize production processes. Monitor and analyze production metrics to support continuous improvement.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines. Promote a culture of safety, and conduct regular safety audits and training sessions. Address safety concerns and incidents promptly.

Inventory and Resource Management

Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies of materials and components.



Coordinate with procurement to source materials and work with suppliers. Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and maximize output.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and maintain production reports and records. Analyze production data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and standard operating procedures.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with other departments, including R&D;, engineering, and logistics, to support seamless operations. Communicate production status, challenges, and updates to relevant stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the lithium-ion battery industry.
- Expertise in battery manufacturing, production planning, quality assurance, process optimization, and technical and engineering skills.
- Robust knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to sustainable practices.
- IT and software proficiency.
