Responsibilities

Job Description

- Assist pulmonologists in performing bronchoscopy procedures, ensuring all equipment is prepared and functioning correctly.
- Maintain sterile techniques and environments during procedures to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
- Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after procedures, reporting any abnormalities to the medical team.
- Provide patients and families with transparent explanations of the bronchoscopy process and answer any questions to alleviate concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance and sterilization of bronchoscopy equipment and instruments.
- Document all procedural details accurately, including patient information, techniques used, and any complications encountered.
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and support.




- Stay updated on the latest bronchoscopy techniques and equipment advancements to enhance procedural efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Provide emergency support in case of patient complications during procedures.
