Role Overview

PrimeTalentBridge is hiring an experienced Senior Travel Counselor to manage end-to-end domestic and international corporate travel requirements for a multinational client.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage domestic and international airline reservations.
- Handle end-to-end ticketing requirements.
- Coordinate directly with airlines and travel-service providers.
- Support employees with travel-related queries.
- Manage itinerary changes, cancellations and travel disruptions.
- Work with vendors to secure competitive fares.
- Coordinate waivers and required confirmations.
- Ensure travel arrangements comply with applicable travel policies.
- Resolve travel-related issues within required timelines.




- Maintain accurate booking and travel records.
- Solid corporate travel and ticketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Domestic and international ticketing expertise.
- Understanding of airline fare structures and ticketing procedures.
- Strong vendor-management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
