Chennai Full time R000110413 **Job Description:** **Shifts: 5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM ( Night Shifts )** **Key Responsibilities** + Manage end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle including requisition creation, onboarding, extensions, transfers, and offboarding. + Coordinate with hiring managers, vendors, HR, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth worker onboarding and compliance. + Track contractor data and maintain accurate records in workforce management systems. + Review, administer, and monitor contingent worker and supplier contracts. + Track contract milestones, renewals, amendments, and expiration dates. + Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and procurement policies. + Collaborate with procurement, and business teams for contract governance. + Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows. + Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues. + Generate and analyze procurement and spend reports. + Serve as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, hiring managers, vendors, procurement, HR, IT team, and finance teams. + Build solid relationships to understand business requirements and provide operational support. + Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues. + Participate in testing activities for system implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements. + Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and execute UAT + Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with technical teams. + Identify process gaps and recommend automation or operational improvements. + Support system enhancement initiatives for contracts and contingent workforce platforms. + Analyze operational metrics to drive efficiency improvements. + Participate in process documentation and SOP creation.



+ Meet all Service level agreements + Assist in transformation projects and change management initiatives. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, + 3-5 years of experience in contingent workforce operations, procurement, contract management, or S2P functions. + Experience supporting global stakeholders and vendor ecosystems is preferred. + Working in shared services, global business services (GBS), or procurement operations environments. + Experience with contingent labor programs and managed service providers (MSP). + Exposure to procurement transformation initiatives. + Hands-on involvement in UAT, system implementations, and process automation projects. + Experience with reporting and dashboard development using Tableau or advanced Excel. **Location:** This position can be based in any of the following locations: Chennai **Current Guardian Colleagues: Please apply through the internal Jobs Hub in Workday** Every day, Guardian helps our 29 million customers realize their dreams through a range of insurance and financial products and services.
