**Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)** Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) who will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions using AWS AI services, Bedrock, and Generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for building intelligent automation solutions and creating custom Gen AI applications serving as critical bridge between Cornerstone's product engineering teams and our strategic enterprise customer teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Agentic applications. As an FDE, you will drive successful deployments of AI-powered Workforce Agility products and assist customer needs into product innovations. **In this role you will...** + Assist with technical deploymentsand integrations of Cornerstone's AI-native Workforce Agility products atstrategic enterprise accounts, ensuring high-impact, successful outcomes. + Work closely with customerengagements - owning solution architecture, implementation strategy, andlong-term adoption planning. + Partner directly with customers todeeply understand their workforce challenges, then design and deliver tailoredAI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks. + Identify and prototype customsolutions - including scripts, APIs, and AI workflow extensions - thataccelerate customer time-to-value. + Stay current with enterpriseintegration technologies, AI advancements, and industry trends to continuouslyelevate customer engagements. + Participate in technical discovery sessions with client stakeholdersto understand business requirements and integration constraints. + Support on-site and remote deployment of AI solutions within clientenvironments, managing configuration,



data integration, and go-live activities. + Deliver proof-of-concept projects to evaluate AI technologies anddemonstrate business value to client teams. + Provide technical enablement and knowledge transfer sessions to clientengineering teams as needed. **You have what it takes if you have...** + Bachelor's or Master's in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience insenior enterprise technical roles). + 2+ years of hands-on experience inenterprise software deployment, systems integration, or solutions engineering -with strong proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent. + 1-2 years of experience deploying orintegrating products built on Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic Frameworks inproduction enterprise environments. + Familiarity with AI/ML concepts(NLP, recommendation systems, LLMs, vector databases, semantic search)sufficient to implement AI-native solutions. + Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices for AI modeldeployment and MCP integration. + Outstanding problem-solvinginstincts - able to diagnose ambiguous customer environments quickly and drivetoward solutions under pressure. #LI-Onsite Equal Employment Chance has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental commitment at Cornerstone OnDemand.
