Medico Workforce is looking for a motivated Graduate Full Stack Engineer to join our technology team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build modern web applications, work across frontend and backend technologies, and contribute to reliable, high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional team members, participate in the development lifecycle, and help deliver scalable, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build and integrate backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Create reusable frontend components and maintain clean, well-structured code.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement product requirements.
- Integrate REST APIs and troubleshoot application issues.
- Write maintainable code following established development standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend components.
- Work with version control tools such as Git and GitHub.
- Document technical changes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React and component-based frontend development.




- Basic understanding of Node.js and backend application development.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and client-server communication.
- Knowledge of Git and version control fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Technical Skills

Required:

- TypeScript
- React.js

- JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML5 and CSS3
- REST API integration
- Git and GitHub

Good to Have:

- Express.js
- Basic database knowledge, including SQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with npm and modern JavaScript tooling
