*Job Responsibilities:*




Lead the complete Quality function, including QA, QC, Customer Quality and Supplier Quality.
Implement and maintain AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards and ensure audit compliance.
Handle customer complaints, escalations, 8D reports and corrective actions.
Drive reduction in rejection, rework, scrap and Cost of Poor Quality.
Support NPD / NPI, First Article Inspection and product validation.
Lead and develop the Quality team while driving continuous improvement.
