About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech firm in the SaaS and enterprise automation space, we build zero-touch testing frameworks and AI-driven quality assurance solutions for global clients across fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare. Our remote engineering teams ship robust, scalable test automation systems using modern JS-based tooling — empowering QA to shift left, accelerate releases, and reduce regression risk.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, write, and maintain cross-platform automated test suites using Playwright, Appium, and WebdriverIO for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate test pipelines into CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to enable shift-left quality across feature development cycles.
- Collaborate with dev and product teams to define test strategies, coverage metrics, and automation ROI for new features and APIs.
- Develop reusable page-object models, custom assertions, and parallel test runners to improve maintainability and execution speed.
- Monitor,



analyze, and optimize test flakiness, performance bottlenecks, and false positives using analytics dashboards and logging tools.
- Champion QA best practices — code reviews, test reporting standards, and end-to-end traceability — across distributed engineering squads.
