Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Assistant Chief Engineer to join our dynamic team in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you'll support the Chief Engineer in overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring our facilities operate at peak performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.



You'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering a team-oriented team environment, and implementing forward-thinking solutions that enhance our organizational efficiency and guest experience.
• Assist in overseeing daily engineering operations and ensure team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Direct and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for building systems, interiors, exteriors, and operational areas
• Execute, monitor, and optimize the organization's preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend asset life
• Manage inventory, assets, and security protocols for tools, equipment, and organizational property with meticulous attention to detail
• Support budget monitoring and expense control; contribute to departmental forecasting and cost optimization initiatives
