YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Brand Strategy & Business ownership:
• Develop and execute annual & long-term brand plans for Volini with aligned business objectives
• Identify current business opportunities, define strategic priorities with end-to-end ownership of brand performance
• Translate consumer insights into sharp value propositions and innovation opportunities.
• Primary & Secondary research:
• Analyse internal sales data, AC Nielsen data to identify business challenges.
• Diagnose market share trends through deep dive on category & competition growths and recommend actionable strategies to drive brand growth.
• Understanding of household panel data to derive consumption patterns, recruitment, retention to drive consumer acquisition
• Media Planning and Communication Strategy:
• Liason with the media team and creative agencies to develop integrated media and communication strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Drive creative brief development, content creation, and campaign excellence with creative, digital, and media agencies.
• Build sharp media briefs and track campaign delivery across mediums — digital-first, ATL, retail, and influencer ecosystems.
• Own demand generation and media planning—digital, TV, print, retail visibility & on-ground activations
• Digital and Performance Marketing:
• Drive digital firs
