Job Description:
• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
• Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
• Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
• Prepare GRNs, stock registers, and maintain records in line with ISO and QHSE standards.
• Follow up on deliveries, discrepancies, and documentation like challans and invoices.
• Generate daily/weekly consumption reports and highlight variances or shortages.
• Ensure protected storage practices and maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.
• Monitor tools, equipment, and consumables issued to site teams.
