We’re looking for a Network and Technology Operations Analyst to be part of making this happen.

Position Overview and Objective





The Network and Technology Operations Analyst provides operational support for Arctic Wolf’s security services by monitoring customer environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the health of deployed solutions. This role demonstrates independence in resolving routine issues, revising playbooks when gaps are identified, and mentoring peers on basic troubleshooting. Analysts at this level also contribute recommendations for process improvements and continuously expand technical knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
• Independently monitor and maintain operational health of sensors and scanners in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot endpoint agent installation and connectivity issues using documented procedures; escalate advanced issues as needed.
• Resolve cloud sensor configuration and communication problems with minimal guidance.
• Triage customer requests, apply playbook-driven solutions, and recommend improvements based on findings.
