At Kwalee, you will be responsible for :

Providing reliable and timely IT support to employees, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure IT operations.

Support and maintain end-user devices, applications, and workplace technology across Windows and macOS environments.

Work collaboratively with the IT team and end users to resolve technical issues and maintain effective IT services.

This role is based in our Bangalore studio, working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems and software applications across Windows and macOS environments.

• Provide on-site and remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate where necessary

• Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

• Support endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Kandji.

• Manage user accounts and profiles in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including onboarding and offboarding.

• Assist with the rollout, testing, and evaluation of new applications and technologies.
