Key Account Executive – B2B Corporate Gifting

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Key Account
Executive who can manage and grow our existing corporate accounts. This
role goes beyond customer service—it requires someone who can build long-term
client relationships, ensure flawless project execution, and drive repeat
business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate understands the expectations of B2B clients, thrives
in a fast-paced environment, and can seamlessly coordinate with multiple
internal teams to ensure every project is delivered successfully.

Candidate Profile

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Key Account
Management, Client Relationship Management, Customer Success,
or B2B Sales.

Experience working with corporate clients in
industries such as corporate gifting, packaging, printing, branding, events,
promotional merchandise, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar sectors.

Proven experience handling end-to-end
post-sales account management.

Demonstrated success in achieving revenue,




retention, or account growth targets.

B2B Account Management

Strong understanding of B2B customer
expectations and buying behaviour.

Experience managing multiple corporate
accounts simultaneously.

Ability to build long-term relationships with
decision-makers and procurement teams.

Skilled at handling large-value projects and
enterprise clients.

Client Relationship Management

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Ability to earn customer trust and become a
reliable business partner.

Strong follow-up and account nurturing
abilities.

Comfortable engaging with CXOs, HR teams,
Admin teams, Marketing teams, Procurement, and Purchase Managers.

Communication Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication.

Skilled email etiquette.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to communicate confidently with both
clients and internal teams.
