Accountabilities

Respond to client inquiries concerning portfolio data feeds and data product functionality, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions within established service-level agreements (SLAs).

Manage requests from internal Data teams that require client communication or action to investigate and resolve data verification issues.

Investigate client-reported bugs, data discrepancies, and processing problems, escalating technical issues to Product and Engineering teams when necessary.

Collaborate with Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and go-to-market stakeholders to coordinate data-related escalations and achieve positive client outcomes.

Communicate clearly with clients, data providers, and internal teams to gather information, clarify issues, and keep relevant stakeholders informed.
