What you'll own
• Provide end-user technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, peripheral, and collaboration technologies across a global enterprise environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues within established service level expectations.
• Support endpoint lifecycle activities including device provisioning, deployment, upgrades, asset management, and retirement processes.
• Participate in technology refresh initiatives, operating system migrations, and workplace technology transformation projects.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain a secure, reliable, and productive computing setting.

What you'll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline,



or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience providing enterprise desktop support, technical support, service desk, or endpoint support services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management tools, and common workplace technologies.
• Timing 24*7 shift
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support users at all organizational levels.

It's a bonus if you have
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to virtual desktop environments, including Omnissa Horizon, VMware Horizon, Citrix, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
