Job Summary

• The Supervisor, Software Development oversees the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions supporting business operations and technology workflows. This role provides technical direction for development teams, ensures code quality and security,



and coordinates development activity from planning through deployment. The position requires solid technical expertise, ownership, and communication across technology, data, and product groups.

Essential Functions and Tasks

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of software applications and services used across Ventra.

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to developers working on shared systems and tools.

• Translate business and product requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans.

• Coordinate release planning, sprint workloads, backlog refinement, and deployment activities with cross-functional teams.

• Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring root-cause analysis and long-term stability improvements.
