Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist to manage end-to-end OTC sub-processes while maintaining key interfaces with the Record to Report (RTR) function. The ideal candidate will possess solid hands-on experience in SAP, strong numerical analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office to ensure accurate revenue accounting and operational efficiency. The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for executing activities relating to collections, revenue assurance & month end data reporting in a manner so as to ensure that overall delivery of services meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined between Operating Companies and BSC and is within a strong internal control framework.

Transactional Activities

• Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely, compliant generation and distribution of customer invoices in SAP.

• Evaluate customer credit applications, analyze creditworthiness, and assist in setting credit limits in accordance with company policy.

• Match, post, and apply incoming customer payments (wire transfers, checks,



ACH) against outstanding open invoices accurately in SAP.

• Identify, investigate, and log invoice short payments, deductions, and billing disputes, collaborating with sales and customer teams for swift resolution.

• Perform regular ledger reconciliations of customer accounts, issue periodic balance confirmations, and explicit open items.

• Assist with month-end closing activities, including revenue accruals, unapplied cash monitoring, and basic journal entries relating to AR/OTC

• To execute the activities related to cash application in the system for all customer payments.

• To upload data in SAP regarding all collection (CMS/e-collection), Bank statement upload with MT940 format

• To resolve issues arising out of reconciliation;

• To resolve pending items / errors by liaising with relevant teams;
