Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering real estate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring effective coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role requires solid project planning, budget management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to deliver projects in line with client expectations, contractual requirements, and the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution

Lead end-to-end project management activities for commercial real estate, corporate office fit-outs, workplace interiors, and related infrastructure projects.




Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies aligned with client requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and defined quality standards.
Coordinate project activities across design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and handover stages.

2. Client and Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, budgets, and critical milestones.
Understand client requirements and proactively address concerns to ensure a positive client experience.

3. Budget and Commercial Management

Develop and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and expenditure forecasts.
