Xometry is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Corporate Recruiter - India, you are responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent into Xometry as well as building a talent pipeline for future hiring.



In this full-life cycle recruiting role you will act as the key point of contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners to ensure that the talent needs of the organization are met. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. This position will have responsibility for full-life cycle recruiting and is based in Bengaluru, India with hours of 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST.

Responsibilities:

• Source top talent for all of Xometry’s department with a heavy emphasis on primarily Non-Tech requisitions.

• Execute sourcing strategies to identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing

• Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization

• Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications
