About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to lead a strategically significant pod within JioHotstar's LCS Branding charter, a portfolio of India's largest FMCG, F&B;, and Alco-Bev advertisers. Your account book spans global CPG majors, Indian FMCG leaders. These are among the most sophisticated brand-building advertisers in India - the marketers who set the benchmark for premium pricing, always-on media commitments, and content-led brand storytelling on any premium platform.
You will be the Industry lead, the single-threaded owner of client relationships, revenue delivery, and category strategy for this pod- reporting into the SVP, LCS Branding (who is the vertical head). Your mandate is to grow JioHotstar's share of these advertisers' digital brand-building budgets year on year - moving them from reach-led buys to always-on, integrated partnerships that combine video, CTV, first-party data, impact properties, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Portfolio Ownership




• Own the annual revenue charter for the CPG pod with a clear plan to grow share of wallet and expand into under-monetized categories.
• Build account-level plans for the top accounts each with a JBP-style construct combining committed spends, sponsorship anchors, branded content, CTV investment, and first-party data partnerships.
• Drive premium yield discipline, CPG is the pricing benchmark category on any media platform, and this pod must consistently price above market.

Client & Category Strategy
• Own CMO, Brand head, and Media head relationships across the top accounts acting as the senior strategic partner for each. Represent JHS at brand and category planning cycles, upfronts, and marketer forums.
• Drive sub-vertical depth reflecting the distinct rhythms of CPG (always-on brand-building, new product launches, seasonal category peaks), F&B; (festive windows, distribution-led campaigns), and Alco-Bev (compliant-content constructs, spirits vs. beer distinctions).
